'You must be present on your plot when connected to the water supply, it is not permissible to use a hosepipe connected to standpipe or ground tap to directly water your plot. You may use a hosepipe to fill water butts or watering cans. You must not use automated water devices, sprinkler system or other water spraying devices. Hose pipes must be disconnected from taps when not in use. You must ONLY use the supply for watering produce and tending to livestock kept on your plot. It must not be used to fill paddling pools, or wash vehicles.
